Question 1: Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Answer 1:Yes. The fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, ensuring it’s free from harmful chemicals and gentle on sensitive skin. The stone-washed finish adds softness while preserving the fabric’s natural strength.

Question 2: Does the ruffle design require special care?

Answer 2: No special treatment is needed. Just machine wash on a gentle cycle under 30 °C (86 °F) with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Hang to air dry and lightly shake after drying to keep the ruffles fluffy and neat.

Question 3: Will the linen-cotton fabric shrink or wrinkle easily?

Answer 3: Slight natural wrinkling is normal and part of the fabric’s relaxed charm. Minimal shrinkage (around 3–5%) may occur after the first wash. We recommend washing in cold water and line drying to preserve the fabric’s shape and drape.

Logistics and After-Sales

Question 4: What are the shipping time and shipping fee policies?

Answer 4: Normal delivery time is 1-2 days after you place an order. The logistics tracking number for the ordered product will be provided later, and the general transportation time is 3-5 days. (Excluding remote areas.) Remote areas incur a shipping fee of $20 to $30. Furniture items incur a shipping fee of $30.

This product can be shipped to the United States (except Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific).

Question 5: What are the return and exchange policies?

Answer 5: Generally, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days if there is a manufacturing defect.
