Logistics and After-Sales

Question 4: What are the shipping time and shipping fee policies?

A: Normal delivery time is 1-2 days after you place an order. The logistics tracking number for the ordered product will be provided later, and the general transportation time is 3-5 days. (Excluding remote areas.) Remote areas incur a shipping fee of $20 to $30. Furniture items incur a shipping fee of $30.

This product can be shipped to the United States (except Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific).

Question 5: What are the return and exchange policies?

A: Generally, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days if there is a manufacturing defect.
