Question 1: What material is the blanket made of?

Answer 1: Made from 100% pre-washed cotton, breathable and soft.

Question 2: Are the colors in the images accurate? How can color differences be minimized?

Answer 2: Images are intended to closely resemble the actual product, though slight color variations may occur due to differences in display devices. If you are sensitive to color differences, we recommend comparing the product's color difference chart on the product details page.

Question 3: Is the waffle weave prone to pilling or fading?

Answer 3: The texture is a natural characteristic of the fabric and exhibits excellent washability. Should color variation or fading occur, please follow the care label instructions to preserve both color and texture.

Logistics and After-Sales

Question 4: What are the shipping time and shipping fee policies?

Answer 4: Normal delivery time is 1-2 days after you place an order. The logistics tracking number for the ordered product will be provided later, and the general transportation time is 3-5 days. (Excluding remote areas.) Remote areas incur a shipping fee of $20 to $30. Furniture items incur a shipping fee of $30.

This product can be shipped to the United States (except Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific).

Question 5: What are the return and exchange policies?

Answer 5: Generally, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days if there is a manufacturing defect.
