Do you sell fitted sheet or pillowcase separately?

The fitted sheet sold separately in our store is universal for all linen sheet set. You can purchase it according to the size you need for daily replacement. About the pillowcase, just has similar hemstitch pillowcase is sold.

Will it wrinkle?

Because we use 100% pure natural flax, slight wrinkling is inevitable. This is a normal phenomenon for pure natural linen fabrics.The texture of pure natural linen fabric creates its unique charm.But if you wish, you can warm iron as needed.

Do i need to wash before using?

Yes.We recommend washing before the first use.Although We have already done stone-wash preparation which makes the texture more comfortable than original, washing it one more time before formal use can make your sleeping experience even better.

Does dog hair stick to these?

Though they don't have a smooth, slick finish like tightly woven cotton sateen - more textured and softer, these would not be likely to hold onto dog hair.

Logistics and After-Sales

What are the shipping time and shipping fee policies?

Normal delivery time is 1-2 days after you place an order. The logistics tracking number for the ordered product will be provided later, and the general transportation time is 3-5 days. (Excluding remote areas.)

Remote areas incur a shipping fee of $20 to $30. Furniture items incur a shipping fee of $30.

This product can be shipped to the United States (except Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific).

What are the return and exchange policies?

Generally, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days if there is a manufacturing defect.
