Answer 1: Our throw blanket is crafted from a soft linen-viscose blend—30% French linen and 70% viscose—combining linen’s breathability with viscose’s gentle drape for ultimate comfort.

Question 2: Is linen blend fabric skin-friendly? Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Answer 2: With 30% linen fabric, it offers durability, breathability, moisture-wicking properties, and low hypoallergenicity. If you have allergies to viscose or certain dyes, it is recommended to first conduct a patch test by lightly touching the area.

Question 3: How do I keep the tassels looking neat over time?

Answer 3: Gently shake and straighten the tassels regularly. Avoid pulling or tugging, and keep pets and sharp objects away from the edges

Logistics and After-Sales

Question 4: What are the shipping time and shipping fee policies?

Answer 4: Normal delivery time is 1-2 days after you place an order. The logistics tracking number for the ordered product will be provided later, and the general transportation time is 3-5 days. (Excluding remote areas.) Remote areas incur a shipping fee of $20 to $30. Furniture items incur a shipping fee of $30.

This product can be shipped to the United States (except Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific).

Question 5: What are the return and exchange policies?

Answer 5: Generally, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days if there is a manufacturing defect.
