Answer 1: The base layer is made of 100% TPR backing, specifically designed to grip smooth surfaces like tiles and hardwood, reducing shifting and preventing slips.

Question 2: Does the rug shed or pill with washing?

Answer 2: Microfiber rugs are typically designed for minimal shedding and gentle washing; washing inside out and avoiding high heat helps maintain texture. If pilling occurs, a gentle fabric shaver can be used.

Question 3: What surfaces is this rug suitable for?

Answer 3: Suitable for bedroom, bathroom, living room, mud room, door, hotel, feet-spa club, bathtub, sink. The non-slip backing helps keep the rug in place on hard floors, while the microfiber surface provides softness and absorbency.

Logistics and After-Sales

Question 4: What are the shipping time and shipping fee policies?

Answer 4: Normal delivery time is 1-2 days after you place an order. The logistics tracking number for the ordered product will be provided later, and the general transportation time is 3-5 days. (Excluding remote areas.) Remote areas incur a shipping fee of $20 to $30. Furniture items incur a shipping fee of $30.
